1. Delivery Timeline: 5-Day Delivery Commitment and maximum delivery 8 days in certain conditions.
We are committed to delivering your order within 5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Please note the following:

Order Confirmation: The 5-day delivery window begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been verified. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is confirmed.

Business Days: Our delivery timeline refers to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing Time: While we aim for immediate processing, a short period may be required for order verification and packaging before dispatch. This is included within the 5-day window.

Shipping Updates: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Potential Delays: While we strive to meet this commitment, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, courier service disruptions, or high order volumes) may occasionally cause delays. We will inform you promptly if any significant delays are anticipated.

Undeliverable Orders: In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be contacted to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
2. Mode of Payment: Online Pre-Payment Only
To ensure efficient processing and dispatch of your order, we only accept online payments at the time of placing your order.

Delivery Delay Conditions

While we strive to adhere to our 5-day delivery commitment, please be advised that product delivery may be delayed beyond this timeframe, up to an additional 8 business days, under the following circumstances:

Customer Unavailability: If our delivery personnel are unable to reach the customer at the provided contact number or if repeated attempts to deliver the product to the specified address are unsuccessful due to the customer's unavailability.

Payment Verification Pending: Should the online payment not be successfully processed and verified at the time of order placement, dispatch will be held until full payment confirmation is received. This may extend the delivery timeline.

Service Area Limitations: Delays may occur if the delivery address falls within an area where our shipping partners experience limitations, restricted access, or temporary service disruptions, thereby impacting our ability to deliver within the standard timeframe.
